• For field technicians, we’re introducing Service task views. You can now quickly switch between filtered views on the app. PS: You’ll also notice a new status filter.
• For agents on iOS 14, we’ve extended support for the new widgets. With this, you can get a snapshot of your helpdesk on your homescreen too.
